​How Do I Place An Order?​

Retailers and Electricians can purchase from one of our wholesale partners listed on the 'WHERE TO BUY' page.

Wholesalers can register to access our online web store, call us or email your order to orders@bluemoonled.com.au

Payments are accepted during checkout via Visa or Mastercard, 30 day accounts also accepted.

Shipping free on all orders over $200

​How do products get shipped?

Products are packed according to the manufacturer recommendations.

All custom products are made to order, repackaged and shipped in accordance with the default manufacturer recommendations.

Products are shipped via Australia Post or authorised courier company.

Once an item is ordered you will be advised ASAP with a tracking reference and shipping method.

Returns & Refunds

“Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.”

“Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled:
to cancel your service contract with us; and
to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value
You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

If the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have problems with the service rectified in a reasonable time and, if this is not done, to cancel your contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion of the contract.”

 

Warranty eligibility.

All warranty claims will only be accepted for products under 12 months old, exceptions may be made under exceptional circumstances.

Product has not been damaged from incorrect installation.

Incorrect installation including soldering of the product causing excessive heat, may not be covered under warranty.
Blue Moon provides custom products to meet clients needs and provides warranty for those products sold.

Product has been used for intended design purpose.

Example a warranty claim may not be accepted for an IP20 product if used in a moisture rich environment where IP65 or above must be used.

Product has not been subject to damage due to storage environment.

Products that have been used in long term applications out doors where the item may be subject to prolonged heat exposure and or water ingress may not be covered by warranty unless the product has been sold as suitable for outdoor applications.
